MySMS.app allows you to send automated SMS/MMS using your Android phone connected to your CRM/Marketing Platform.

In simple terms, your CRM/Marketing platform is where you'll create all the messages, and then when you send them, rather than going through Twilio etc and being charged per SMS, plus carrier fees.

Your phone will receive the message and send it on to the phone number(s) you've chosen.

When replies come back in, your phone will send the replies straight back into your CRM/Marketing platform.

Essentially rather than paying per SMS/MMS and worrying about character counts and emoji's, now you can send to who you want, when you want.

No! As your device is sending the message, and using a personal cell phone plan to do so, it is not subject to A2P. It is not a programmatic/automated number, and NOT subject to A2P.

Does this mean you can blast millions of messages out to the world? No.

You should still have consent to send, and when people reply STOP, or wish to opt out, you should remove them from your outbound messages. Luckily, we have automated blacklist functionality, so this happens in the background for you anyway.

Cold texting, while supported, is not recommended, as TCPA violations carry large fines.

An Android cell phone running Android 6 or higher (ideally 8 or higher), plus a cell phone plan.

In the US, you can pickup cheap dual sim Android devices for close to $50 on Amazon.

We fully support e-sim too, so you can easily run 2+ SIM's/phone numbers though 1 device.

For single account users: We have an automated popup when you login which prompts you to setup the app on your phone.

For agency owners supporting sub-accounts: We have a unique left sidebar link you can add to your platform that your customers can use to download the app and login to their accounts.

We have video tutorials for every single section as well as detailed tutorials on how to use MySMS.app with your platform.

You can chat to our AI Assistant on this page, or inside the MySMS.app platform. If the AI can't help, it'll automatically escalate it to the team and we'll help get your problem resolved in a speedy manner. We're based in California, and Dubai, so can easily cover all timezones.

We also have a "Book A Support Call" feature inside the desktop platform where you can book a 1 on 1 call with a member of the support team.

Through you. We don't support your customers. Just like Sales Rocket / HighLevel / CloseGPT, we support you as our customer, but we don't support your customers. Your customers will not get access to the desktop platfrom at all, they only receive access to the mobile app, in an effort to keep the process as simple for your clients as possible.

It is a very simple process to get setup and running and if there are any issues, it's not on our side, it's on you/your clients side and you are more than welcome to contact us and we can help you directly with any issues your clients have.

Do you like saving money and want to avoid the headache of A2P verification for you and your clients? If so we're the obvious choice. We're better value than the other providers, with more features. We're going to save you getting hit by additional carrier fees and per SMS fees like Twilio and LC Phone and we integrate with more CRM's than anyone else.

Yes, we work with e-sims, but you've got to make sure that your device is capable of running multiple e-sims simultaneously, as not all phones can do this. Some phones make you switch between the 2 sims, rather than letting you use both.

Apple don't let you control the messaging/phone calls on the device and while we plan to build an iMessage solution, we're focusing on making sure our SMS platform the best out there with the best CRM integrations. iMessage isn't planned until October/November 2025.
